An Adult Care Plan for spreading dental costs

This plan allows you to spread the cost of your routine check up fees over 12 months, making it easy for you to budget. You also receive discounts on your other treatment fees. For a monthly Direct Debit payment of £19.85 you will receive:

• 2 exams a year
• routine x-rays once per year
• 2 oral hygiene visits per year
• discounted fees on all treatment
• extended payment facility over 6 months or 12 months
• oral cancer screening
• no pre-existing treatment penalties
• emergencies seen on the day
• referral service

All additional treatments will be charged per treatment according to the Dental Care Plan Fee Guide on the right.

This is not an insurance scheme and patients are required to attend six monthly to benefit. No refunds will be given if patients do not attend. These discounts and courtesies are only available to patients with current and active Direct Debits.
