Thank you for all your messages of support and continued good-will through the lockdown period.
We are very aware that some of you have been waiting a long time for your routine appointments to be rearranged, but as we are building in extra time for additional cross infection control measures throughout the practice, there might be a delay before we can see you. Please be patient with us and we will try our best to accommodate all of you. We anticipate having to do more urgent dental treatments for the next few weeks and will space routine appointments accordingly.
We have introduced some additional measures at Westgate for your safety, such as social distancing in the reception area, hand sanitising stations, a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and touch free temperature checks, amongst others. We are stepping up our rigorous cross-infection measures by regularly wiping down door handles, stair railings, the reception desk, the credit card machine etc.
If you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with anybody suspected of possibly contracted the virus, please let us know and we will do our best to help while following all the guidelines to eliminate the further spread of the virus.
For all our patients deemed to be in the at-risk group and patients who are shielding, please consider carefully whether you would like to attend or if you would rather postpone your appointment until things are more settled.
